I got into coaching after watching so many smart, hardworking professionals fail to achieve their full potential. The evolution from capable executive to exceptional leader requires heightened self-awareness and a willingness to part with many of the habits that served them well up to this point. As Founder and President of Bookmyer Executive Development, I have been helping leaders successfully make these transitions for over a decade.

Prior to my executive coaching, training and development roles, I led strategy consulting teams for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) across a range of industries.
I enjoy coaching individuals with a diversity of backgrounds and understand cross-cultural nuances having lived and worked in Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA.
I work with professionals in a large range of industries and company types - from Fortune 500 companies and governments to family businesses.
I was educated at Columbia Business School (MBA, High Distinction) and Northwestern University (Economics, Honors)
My coaching and training credentials include:
- Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (Level 3 Certificate)
- Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation
- Qualified in multiple assessments including MBTI, FIRO-B, DiSC and LEA 360
